Doctor Honoris Causa for longtime director of the institute Univ.-Prof. DDr. Helmut Kern
Bratislava, 28.09.2022: The founder of the Institute and long-time director and now partner board member Univ.-Prof. DDr. Helmut Kern was awarded the Doctor Honoris Causa for his scientific work and merits for the joint research with the Faculty of Sport Sciences at the Komenius University.
In five joint EU projects over the past 20 years, joint collaboration has resulted in numerous scientific publications and projects across physical and rehabilitation medicine, basic science, applied research, and device and training protocol development.
